8:10 PM - Life is interesting...

Sooo... here I am just trying to set my life straight and do thingss right for once (atleast more right than normal), I am geting ready to PCS ( move duty stations) to Kirkland in New Mexico about June 1st is when I will be leaving, and what would happen other than someone stealing my wallet!! I mean come on what kinda low life do you have to be to come into someones home and swipe their wallet!! Well I don't know this guy but its a friend of the roommate that has since disapeared. What da ya know!!?? Anyway, lost 80 bucks in cash, drivers license (remember I am leaving for New Mexico in about a month!!), military ID, bank cards but better yet (stupid stupid stupid!!) lost my Social Security Card! Wow wanna talk about wishing you listened to others when they said you shouldn't carry that mug around huh? AHHHHH!!!! Anyway got the local cops on it along with security forces and I think OSI (military investagators) on the job oh and lets not forget the banks are on it also, nearly 600 bucks gone! Rat Bastard! Yes the banks are covering it but they need this form and that form and blah blah blah.... I still don't have anything back yet. I had to bust out a bit more than 200 to get an IM test and my registration done, a couple plus grand to fix my car because I hit someone right after I got back from Iraq and I guess my insurance expired while I was in Iraq.... Doesn't make sense but hey, thats what makes life interesting, right?

8:53 AM - 'What We [Mexicans] Can Do to Help the Migrants'

Here is a story from Mexico titled 'What We [Mexicans] Can Do to Help the Migrants' this is a story telling them that it is ok to leave their country and live with us...this crap is crazy! But here are a few quotes from the story. Read the story itself, good read just to know what the Mexicans are reading.
"Resistance in the United States has been constant ever since half of our territory was stolen by the U.S. government."
The thing I love about this one is how it is often forgotten how the US conquered Mexico in the Mexican/American War and we allowed them to remain a country if they handed over much of the Southwest. alot of people have forgotten just how good we have been in the past with giving Europe back to its people, Japan and yes even Mexico, but we stole the land that they gave us funny how that works.
"What can we in Mexico do to show our support? One proposal is to boycott all U.S. businesses. There is talk of a suspension of immigrant labor in the U.S. on International Workers' Day [The Great American Boycott, 2006] as a pressure tactic, to make it widely recognized that Mexican immigrants should have the right to work, an education for their children and medical services."
Its Mexicos problem that you can't work for good wages, get a good education for your children or even good medical services. But I have no problem with these services to legal immigrants to the United States. I do have a problem with these services to people who come here illegally thus not making them an immigrant but people from other countries using our countries services because their country won't give them any services.

12:57 AM - New Name....

Well.. I figured even after all this time I still get about 30-40 people that visit this blog a week. Most don't stay very long but I figure if I am still getting that many maybe I should keep this thing going. I am obviously not in Iraq anymore, and really didn't know what all to blog about. I thought about it for awhile and even thought about getting a new one but I have decided to keep this one and just blog about EVERYTHING. Heck why not. Most of my blogs from this point on will be current events for the most part. But every now and again I will chime some light into my life for you all and talk about other things that may interest me, but for the most part it will be about current events.

I hope you all will keep coming, I have a couple of articles in mind already. So good day to all and Happy Resurrection Day and for the none believers, happy easter.
